Our Guarantee The performance guarantee is designed to assure our valuable customers that you can expect only the best in service and sound from Sound Trax Unlimited. 1. We guarantee that we will be at the event location no later than 1 hour prior to show time. We will be set up, sound checked and dressed ready to go before the guest begin to arrive. 2. We guarantee that if technical failures happen, and sometimes they do happen, we are prepared to do everything possible get the show back up and running quickly. 3. We guarantee that a qualified professional DJ will be your show host. We are trained and experienced and meet the "standards of excellence" that is the mission of Sound Trax Unlimited. 4. We guarantee your satisfication...you can expect your event to be planned. We sit down with you and plan all the details, so all you have to worry about is relaxing and having fun! A written contract is established between you and Sound Trax Unlimited so you have the peace of mind that once you make a decision it is finalized and in writing. We also ask that you evaluate our performance after the event so that we can continually strive to provide the "BEST" for our clients. We want to be, and are different than some Entertainment companies, because we want referrals.
